Freedom to grow in “art” and in “ART” in general education

The issue of training in art and for art has different aspects, though in the Argentine educational system and since the CBC (Common Basic Cycle) of Law 24.195, the goals are clear. However, and for ideological reasons, it seeks more to “entertain” than to “teach”, generating a duality/contradiction “classical versus popular” which is poorly defined and therefore, is not properly operationalized.
